INDEED

INDEED

Change.
Stupid, annoying change.

If there’s one thing Germans love more than finding the perfect job, it’s complaining.

For them, the launch of the world’s number one job site in Germany would mean change. Stupid, annoying change.

So with three characters, Reinhard, Daniela & Dirk, we gave voices to the nation’s discontent in a fully-integrated campaign about how annoying perfection can be.

WHAT THE HELL IS AN INDEED?

We started with the name. Reinhard couldn’t quite wrap his head around it. Whinging from him meant brand recall for our audience.

Why would you make it blue?

Then it was the colours. Leveraging Indeed’s jersey sponsorship of major Bundesliga club, Eintracht Frankfurt, Dirk had a bit to say about the branding.

I have to do what?

Simply using Indeed was all too much effort for Daniela.

The ads no one wants to see.

Everyone hates Youtube pre-rolls.

Including Dirk, our staunch Eintracht Frankfurt supporter, who grumbled all over YouTube’s football videos via bumper ads.

Daniela even hi-jacked Indeed’s social media channels to have a whinge.

In support of Indeed’s sponsorship of Eintracht Frankfurt football team, she trialled the different jobs at the stadium, gave away free tickets to fans and complained about it the entire time.

This workplace may have struggled with the uptake, but Germany didn’t.

Indeed grabbed the number one spot nationwide shortly after launch and we nabbed an Effie Award in the process.
